Mushroom Swiss Beef Burger:
Ingredients For Patty:
Beef mince (with fat) ½ kg
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Buns 2
For Sauces:
Mushrooms ½ cup
Swiss cheese slices 2 slices
Butter 1 tsp
Flour ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Method:
For patty mix all ingredients except buns and make two patties. For sauce cook butter, flour, water, salt, black pepper and mushrooms till it get thick.



Snicker Doodles Cookies
Ingredients:
Caster sugar ¾ cup
Butter, softened ¼ cup
Shortening ¼ cup
Egg 1
Flour 1/3 cup
Cream of tartar 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Caster sugar ¼ cup
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Method:
Preheat Oven to 200 C
In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar and shortening with an electric beater for 2 minutes until light and fluffy
Add in the egg and beat well
In another bowl mix together the flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking soda with a spoon.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture and mix again.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for 2 minutes till it becomes soft
Shape the cookie dough into 1 inch balls.
Mix ¼ cup caster sugar and cinnamon powder in a shallow bowl.
Roll these balls of cookie dough in this cinnamon and sugar mixture, coating them well.
Place the dough balls 2 inches apart, on an ungreased baking tray.
Slightly flatten them down using your fingertips
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire racks.
Serve.
